Mein Alltag als Trainee.

Thank you! I am here since october and so far, I really like it.

Yes my motto is "Keep your eyes on the stars and your feet on the ground"

My personal motivation is the moment I come home every day, being able to say "I have done my best today and I can be proud of myself." Also, a good balance on the weekends is very important for me.

I like to meet with friends and family on the weekends - they help me recharge my batteries. And so does good food. I would never say no to a delicious dinner on the weekends  And to round the weekend of, I like to do sports.

Oh yes! For instance a day that starts without breakfast (horrible!), bad coffee and dishonest

My first station was in the trade marketing department at Melitta Coffee in Bremen. Really good team, exciting field and cool tasks – at least that’s my thought  I feel really comfortable here and I like how my colleagues made me feel as part of the team from day one.

I supported my colleagues with the current cinema campaign. Therefore, I worked on consumer inquiries or discussed and initiated possible measures with cooperating partners. And I was involved in the development of new displays.

What I really liked was the competitor analysis and the evaluation of a flyer campaign as part of an overall analysis of our promotional activities.

Absolutely, not just one! The sales conference was great because I had the chance to meet many new colleagues and because the topics where super interesting. And another highlight was the Christmas party

Ja genau. Die dritte Station meines Trainee Programms führte mich ins Sales Development von Melitta Kaffee in Bremen.

Im Sales Controlling fallen so einige Dinge an. Ich habe z.B. Hochrechnung für Monatsabschlüsse gemacht, Kalkulationen für Handelspartner erstellt und auch bei der Betreuung der Handelspartner unterstützt. Das Sales Development erfüllt zum einen einige Aufgaben des Sales Controlling und ist zum anderen das „Backoffice“ des Key Account Managements. Hinzu kommt der Bereich „Shopper Analytics“, der seit einigen Jahren dem Sales Development angehört.

Nach meiner Einführung durfte ich Belastungsanzeigen abrechnen und Konditionsvereinbarungen prüfen. Auch im Bereich Shopper Analytics durfte ich an einigen Ausarbeitungen für unser RKAM-Team mitwirken, das war echt interessant.

Ich wurde in ein Projekt integriert, bei dem es um den Aufbau definierter Cockpits im BI-Application-Studio geht. Bei diesem Projekt habe ich gelernt mit dem BI- System umzugehen und mich noch tiefer bei Excel einarbeiten. Dadurch konnte ich verschiedene Kalkulationen besser verstehen.

Ein Highlight war die nationale Vertriebstagung. Wir hatten einen spannenden Austausch mit allen Vertriebsbereichen und ich konnte mein Netzwerk bei ME-K erweitern.

Mein Lieblingsprodukt ist der BellaCrema Intenso, der seit Anfang des Jahres auf dem Markt ist. Ich mag gerne kräftige Kaffees, die sich ohne Bitternote wunderbar mit Milch kombinieren lassen.
